What is love?

Its Sunday and i’m stuck in the office. With great power comes great responsibility. Damn you Spidey!
The magazine’s deadline is tomorrow. Wish us luck. Watch out for the Christmas issue of Home Concepts magazine. Mr Malique’s ugly face gonna be in it! Hahah.
I have to admit, i’m a workaholic. So much that i’m neglecting a few loved ones. 
Like the missus, and mom. Last Thursday was an emotional one for me, when i got home. Mom being mom, she was waiting for me to come home. It was near to 1am. I opened the door and there she was, lying on the couch. It was a touching sight yet a heart breaking one. I don’t want my work schedule/pattern to be affecting her. I tried to close the door as slowly and silent as possible, trying not to wake her up. But her spidey sense was good. She went “oh you’re home. let me heat up dinner, have you eaten? i’ll get you a drink” , while rubbing her eyes. I told her its ok and that she should go to bed now.
I managed to spend some time with the missus last night. We went to the beach. At night. HAH! I don’t mind man, as long as i’m spending time with her. I felt like being distant from her ever since i started work at the new place. We try our best to inject love in every single thing we do. One good example; She wakes me up every morning always starting with a “good morning sunshine…”
So what is love?
Love is waiting for you to get home and waking you up every morning.

Toys”R”Us Rebranding.

I don’t want to grow up, I’m a Toys R Us kid. There’s a million toys at Toys R Us that I can play with!
Ah, how nice. After gazillions of kids who are now probably in their late 20s (hehe) , Toys “R” Us finally changed their look. Personally i love it! Still sticking to the inverted “R”, this logo packs a few thoughts in my mind. Friendly, Cheerful and TOYS! Type is thicker, the star is now in the R itself, and a small tone change in the colors. Overall, i like it alot.

Some crazy stuff going on!

Some webhost is offering 999gb of disk space and 9999gb of bandwidth. That’s really crazy. And get this… all that for just 16 cents a day.

Has AN Hosting gone crazy? Is this serious?
Apparently they are, and this offer will not be forever. It’ll end this 22nd November 2007. What you waiting for? This is a great deal. Much more better then dreamhsot or any other providers out there. Heck, you can even host other sites with this account. They are providing support for up to 999 domains on one account. And get this…free domain for life.
What more can you ask for. Technically this is like an unlimited account. Ok im going mad.

Tutorial: Quick Supper Fix.

Hello and welcome to Mr. Malique’s 10min cooking segment!
I’m always home late on Mondays and Wednesdays. I rush to school right after work and sometimes the tummy will growl even before i reach home. So here’s a quick hunger fix, for workaholics out there.
I’m not going to do a detailed tutorial, unlike my tutorial specialist extraordinaire , ZuL. Its quick, its cute, and its yummy!
- Cut a hole with a mug/cup
- Pre-toast the bread (optional, but i love mine toasted!)
- Place in pan with some butter or a super small teaspoon of oil (works better with Teflon non-stick pans!)
- Let a whole egg sink in, cover and wait..
Now your egg toast is done, eat it slowly…over a cup of warm milk and get to bed. Early bird catches the worm or as known as ‘don’t be late for work!’ But if you still can’t sleep, like a certain Mr.Malique, photoshop your egg toast creation and laugh alone in your room at 1 freaking a.m in the morning!
