This is Malique reporting Live from Singapore’s biggest shopping mall, Vivocity.
I am here for the Heroes World Tour 2007, to save the cheerleader and in the end saving the world. How does that work? Don’t ask me, ask Tim Kring.
Unfortunately, the Cheerleader couldn’t make it to the World Tour. She had homework to settle. So did the other 7 cast members. The press team had to wait an hour for the 4 cast to arrive. They were (in random order) Ali Larter, Greg Grunberg, Sendhil Ramamurthy and Masi Oka. They had trouble on the way to the main stage, due to poor security. The entire red carpet was not cordoned by any means of a barrier and with that mixed with typical singaporean leet skills, means disaster. Some reports were made of the bodyguards. According to one fan “all the hunky (NOT), lovely (NOT), handsome (NOT), irritating (YES), pushy (YES), rude (YES) bodyguards surrounding them” were an unpleasant shocker.
They finally made it on stage and spent 10 minutes of the obligatory “Thank you we love you” shout outs. Marion Caunter was looking hot as usual. Ali Later left her alter-ego back at home, and was all nice and dandy. Sendhil looked good in that white top, apart from his geeky professor character he’s playing on the show. He reminded me of Ridjal. Masi Oka, i bet, was not feeling well. There were no Yatta or punching-hands-to-the-sky pose. The most valuable player was Greg, who is the mind reading cop on the show. He knows exactly which donut to have for tea, every single day. Greg showcased his great ‘people skills’. He enticed the crowd and was so enthusiastic about the whole asian tour.
The tour ended with a big bang, so big that Doctor Suresh took it seriously. I seek refuge in a nearby store and bumped onto Izad, who was armed with an Olympus E5. (i think)
Heroes, the Asian Tour could have been better. Better security personnels, longer time on stage, and more cast perhaps. But oh well, what can we do? Just suck it in and pretend to beat the crap out of Sylar.

I saw the videos of their tour in Japan. I must say, its more orderly compared to Singapore! BANZAI! Watch the mayhem here, in Singapore.
And oh, Greg got arrested by local cops and they were loving it.
