I had this crazy idea once, of starting an unbelievable business. Rental of animals. (don’t you dare start laughing!) Particularly cats/dogs/household pets. It’s crazy , i know but it makes the unachievable, achievable. Having a pet is not a short term deal but a lifelong commitment. Do you know how many cats had to be put to sleep and how many abandoned dogs there are? I don’t have the exact figure (’cos its an ongoing problem) but i’m sure there is a lot!
John wants a furry companion so John got a puppy on impulse, a year later he got bored of the puppy. Eventually lil puppy grew and John found it a hassle to maintain the dog. A drive to the park later, the dog gets abandoned. With my crazy idea, and a specialised and dedicated center to house/maintain/take care of the animals, now you can have a chance to own a feline friend with no commitment. Rent a dog for the weekend to add fun to that visit to the park with ya kids. Crazy biz idea i know, but why not? Ok it’s crazy.
So if you have a crazy idea, see if its feasible. Supply and demand. Is it innovative? Or just follow your god-damned guts! You never know till you try. Entrepreneurs today can tell you that it is not about the money but something else. That something else cannot be described. You’ll have to experience it to know it. Crazy business idea, but if it brings convenience to someone’s life…why not?

This pet rental fad has already been in Japan for quite some time.
Whilst it’s a good way for people to determine whether they are really suited to keep a pet, for the wellbeing of the pets, it could be quite traumatic and confusing for them to keep changing owners…
this is absolutely crazy for singapore…..too crazy….and you are too =P
pet rental. HAHAHAHAHA!
That’s pretty crazy. I wonder what animal interests groups have to say about this.
