Apple, or rather, Steve Jobs unveiled the new ipod range today, as we speak September 6th 1:51am (+8 GMT).
Rumours of the new range of ipods finally revealed today. Steve Jobs is in his usual attire of a turtleneck and jeans. Today its different though, his choice of color for the turtleneck is brown. Cool!
Behold the new ipod nano. Its small, short and ugly. The new Nano now plays games and has cover flow. That thingy you see of flipping album art on the iTunes.

Priced at $199 for a 8gb, i say its either a no or a go. Take a few dollars off and you can get a nice made in china portable multimedia player. Get it if you are an Apple fanboy.
Lets get on the next product.

The ipod touch. (ooooooohh..~)
The ipod touch is basically an iphone, without the phone functions. Great.

God damn these beautiful ipods. Sean Kingston, why put him as the poster boy! hahah!
So basically, an ipod touch is an iphone without a phone. With the looks and oohs and aahs, any fanboy would get it. And its quite cheap. Go get it, Fanboy!

$399 for a 16gb version. With the wifi and whatevernots, not bad.
Next Steve talks about their partnership with Starbucks. Its a cool feature where u can download/buy songs from their store through wifi and thats it. Cool but i’ll skip that. I just need my coffee when i go to starbucks.
On to news about the updates of the iphone.
It’s clear clear customers want the 8GB model — it’s not going to sell for 599 anymore.
Guess what fanboys, the iphone is dropping its price.
A drastic drop i might say. $599 no more.

Fanboys, you hear me? Stand up and applaud for the new price of $399 for the 8Gb version.
That ends the Apple conference at 2:30am +8 GMT. As quoted by ntt,
“it is totally worth the late night(staying up)”
Im tired and the bed is calling. Good night fanboys!

15 guys talked!
The new iPod nano looks ugly! Ugly with a capital ‘U’! I don’t mind the iPod touch though. I think they should have done away with the click wheel on the nano and made it even smaller by using the touch screen instead.
yeah the new nano looks Fugly, with a capital F!
Go to bed now!
That’s the power of Google reader!
I wonder if I can harass the Mister into getting me the iPhone.
that new ipod put yucks in eeeeeeyucks.
whahahhahahahaah.
burok burok.
i think ur meizu is betta looking.

Your tracker is very efficient I must say. I came over to say that I have linked your page to mine.. And voila! I discover that the tracker has already done the job for me!
And seriously, doesn’t anyone think that the iPodnano is a rip-off of the Creative zen V & Vplus? The only difference is in the scroll wheel portion. Disappointing.
too many i(s) gadgets floating around making me dizzy. Obviously I’m not a fanboy

[...] Mr Malique hums a new nursery rhyme about the new Apple iPod and it starts of with “I’m a iPod, short and stout…” [...]
The nano is pretty ugly but it is ridiculously tiny after all, so i guess that evens things up.
The new ipod nano is pretty MUCH BETTER than the old one! It really fits now in any pocket. I think th iPod Touch is just a big SHIT. I can’t imagine holding a BIG gadget like this to play music and videos. I think this thing will not generate any sales.
Anyway, thanks for the news, info, and pics.
Actually, when you play with the new nano, and you see it for yourself, it’s actually very very pretty. In fact, I believe the product in the line up that is most well done is actually the nano. The classic is just a repackaged 5G ipod, while the iPod touch isn’t worth the money for it’s capacity.
