

It seems like Mediacorp hired some third party vendor (for translation) based in Malaysia.
Here’s some screenshots (shots taken off screen HAHA!) to prove it. I was watching some b-grade series on tv, and they were discussing bout money. See the picture above, it translates both 300 and 150 dollars as RM.
RM is the currency used in Malaysia, Ringgit Malaysia.
We use Dollars. Singapore Dollars.
So yeah Mediacorp, hire another company for proof reading please.
In the end, the couple insisted on using NETS.

I was shocked also when they ’say’ $150 and the subtitles ‘writes’ RM150. Like HELLLOO!!!
