No more long tea breaks for civil servants in Terengganu, Malaysia. That’s quite a shocker.
No more “Jom minom”? (let’s have a drink)
Apparently this is bad news for civil servants. But hey, you can’t blame them. I know how chilled out/relaxed it is in Terengganu. The laid back lifestyle, no wonder they get engrossed with breaks in between.
If they want a cuppa or take a snack break, the 13,000 civil servants in the state will have to make do with the office pantry. The ruling is effective June 1.
Oh that’s sad isnt it. Hur hur hur
In certain instances, some of the staff were found to be missing from their workstations for almost an hour.
Now that solves the mystery!
