Tutorial: Quick Supper Fix.
Nov 13th
Hello and welcome to Mr. Malique’s 10min cooking segment!
I’m always home late on Mondays and Wednesdays. I rush to school right after work and sometimes the tummy will growl even before i reach home. So here’s a quick hunger fix, for workaholics out there.

I’m not going to do a detailed tutorial, unlike my tutorial specialist extraordinaire , ZuL. Its quick, its cute, and its yummy!
- Cut a hole with a mug/cup
- Pre-toast the bread (optional, but i love mine toasted!)
- Place in pan with some butter or a super small teaspoon of oil (works better with Teflon non-stick pans!)
- Let a whole egg sink in, cover and wait..
Now your egg toast is done, eat it slowly…over a cup of warm milk and get to bed. Early bird catches the worm or as known as ‘don’t be late for work!’ But if you still can’t sleep, like a certain Mr.Malique, photoshop your egg toast creation and laugh alone in your room at 1 freaking a.m in the morning!

Alzheimer’s Foundation eStore
Nov 11th
‘Tis the season to be shopping and contributing to the Alzheimer’s Foundation at the same time. Christmas is coming real soon, so fill up those stockings and buying at the Foundation’s eStore would make Santa proud.
Alzheimer’s is a disease commonly found in people over age 65 and is a common type of dementia. Alzheimer’s disease is not a normal part of aging. It is mandatory and important to look for tell-tale signs that might indicate Alzheimer’s disease versus basic dementia. These symptoms can occur almost constantly and worse each day. Things to look out for:
- Memory loss
- Confusion
- Complications in completing everyday actions like wearing clothes.

Happy Birthday Mommy!
Nov 8th
Yesterday was my mom’s birthday. (love you mommy!) Right after we reached Singapore, i bought a cake and rushed back home. And guess what, the brother had already bought a cake! Grr..
Miscommunication to the core.
So i was away for 2 days to attend a corporate retreat at the Sofitel in Senai. The place is like 3 mins away from the Senai airport and it was so ulu! Had a fairly good time there with super boring work and discussions. Reminded me of school. I’m so well prepared now, next year i plan to be ‘sick’ if theres any future retreats. Hurr.
So what did the home concepts and wine & dine crew do when they get bored? Ring other people’s doorbells! HAHAH! We can’t help it, it was near to midnight and we were bored.

Thats all for a super quick update, you guys be good. Happy Deepavali, enjoy the holidays and get ya ass off to work tomorrow.
