Saving money can lead you to being wealthy. Its the first step to reach your goal. You might not realise some stuffs, but these small details could save you some dough. You might find it hard to pay for your mortgages and i hope these tips will set you back.
Cabs:
Do you take a taxi to work and back home? On the average, a cab ride from heartland to the city might cost $15. Thats not including the surchage. $15+2= $17. Two rides per day will lead you to $34. Now thats a whopping $680 for a 5 days working week! Imagine the money you can save taking the public transport. Buses and trains are cool, ok people?
A Car:
Let’s not talk about the money spent over buying and maintaining a car. You and I know it is very heavy on the pocket. Do you use the car just to go to the mall, or a family picnic to the beach? Why not use a car pool system. It is basically a car sharing system where you pay for only what you use. Its tried and tested by me personally and it beats then having your own car. Someone washes it for you. Mechanics check your car monthly. Free parking. Free petrol! (the car sharing company i use has this value added feature, its a super turn on i tell ya.) and the bill will be so pleasing to the eye. Its a smart move i must say.
Movies:
A movie over the weekend is nice and hey its only 1 movie per week right? Wrong!
On a weekend a ticket can cost up to $9, thats $36 per month. But you’re not going alone aren’t you? Your wife/husband/cat/dog will cost another 36 buckaroos and thats $72 per month spent on a measly hour of entertainment. And let’s not forget the high priced popcorn as if it was made out of diamons. Here is an alternative. Rent a DVD from your local store or even online. On average, a 3 day rental would cost $7. Watch in the comfort of your home and you can even snuggle up under a comfy blanky. (You absolutely can’t do that in the cinemas!) Now, how does that sound?
Coffee:
Use the same beans twice. Ok, I’m kidding.
Spend less, and invest more on Life Insurance. Thinking of loans? A well planned one might work right for you.
I’d love to hear your ways to saving money.

Hmm cabs, they’re really expensive but I’ll have to take them if I am really late to school, so I don’t really save much for taxi, every ride costs at least 15-20, due to traffic jam at lornie road =X
And a car? Not yet but soon! But to share a car doesn’t feel good eh? And I don’t watch much movie and I drink coffee once every 3 months =0
